Carson Lieberman - 2D Animation

"Time Trials" Is a photo film project that I created in my introductory animation class. My goal was to combine my love for track and field, my interest in traditional animation, and my interest in digital animation. I combined both creative discliplines to create this multimedia work (Fall 2024).

This walk cylce practice is an animation project that enhanced my knowledge of ToonBoom. This exercise allowed me to explore dynamic lighting, dynamic backgrounds, and looping animation (Fall 2024).

"Spy Character" is an animation project that was the capstone to my high school animation class. My goal was to explore establishing shots, perspective, depth, and storytelling through a 1 minute sequence. I enjoyed creating this character and his cool and mysterious aura (Spring 2023).

This animation was created in collaboration with Eric Chadwick, or @E_Wick_Dev on Instagram. Eric did the stop-motion animation, while I did the 2D digital animation. This was a combined final project (Fall 2024).
